Import - Export Sales Associate (Machinery Dept) (29K–30K) (SDG-62039)
นำเข้า-ส่งออก พนักงานขาย (แผนกเครื่องจักร)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate and arrange import - export shipment with Logistic team according to committed date in order to support customer requirement of Machinery Department.
- Perform purchasing and sales activities for the on-going and new business.
- Achieve the assigned Sales and Profit Target (team target).
- Undertake the day-to-day operation.
- Making quotation; invoicing;
- Verify freight bill/physical distribution expense;
- Generate ordering and shipment control schedule;
- Send shipment advice; shipping document to customers; and follow up tax and duty privilege.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 22 - 25 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Fresh grad with interest/passion to do sales and TOEIC 700 above are welcome to apply
- At least 1-2 years of sales + sales coordinating experience or sales coordinator + interest/passion to do sales
- Working in Automotive Trading business
- Strong skills of communication, negotiation and interpersonal
- English: Conversational to business

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Able to visit clients at the factory once in a while [Rayong/Chonburi]

Workplace Area: BTS Saint Louis, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri (Sat: 1/month))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ประสานงานและจัดเตรียมการนำเข้า - ส่งออกกับทีมงาน Logistic ตามวันที่ตกลง เพื่อรองรับความต้องการของลูกค้าของแผนกเครื่องจักร
- ดำเนินกิจกรรมการจัดซื้อและการขายสำหรับธุรกิจที่กำลังดำเนินอยู่และธุรกิจใหม่
- บรรลุยอดขายและเป้าหมายกำไรที่ได้รับมอบหมาย (เป้าหมายของทีม)
- รับงานประจำวัน
- ทำใบเสนอราคา; การออกใบแจ้งหนี้;
- ตรวจสอบบิลค่าขนส่ง/ค่ากระจายสินค้าจริง
- สร้างกำหนดการสั่งซื้อและการควบคุมการจัดส่ง
- ส่งคำแนะนำในการจัดส่ง; เอกสารจัดส่งให้กับลูกค้า และติดตามสิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษีอากร

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 22 - 25 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
- นักศึกษาจบใหม่ที่มีความสนใจ/มีใจรักในงานขายและ TOEIC 700 ข้างต้นสามารถสมัครได้
- มีประสบการณ์ขายอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี + มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายหรือประสานงานขาย + สนใจ/สนใจงานขาย
- ทำงานในธุรกิจการค้ายานยนต์
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- ภาษาอังกฤษ: Conversational to Business

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- สามารถไปพบลูกค้าที่โรงงานได้เป็นบางครั้ง [ระยอง/ชลบุรี]
