Import-Export Sales Associate @Chonburi (27K-33K) (SDG-26115)
<Job Responsibilities>
Customer Relationship
 Develop business relationship with existing customers. Continuously improve customer satisfaction.
 Find out the customer requirements and provide application assistance to the customer.
 Keep in good touch with customer, deal with customer complains.
 Visit Customer to follow up pending job and periodically meeting.
Enquiry and Purchasing job control
 Receiving enquiry from customer and checking goods details before issuing Enquiry to makers.
 Corporate with makers to issue quotation to customer Receiving Purchase Order and issuing by company system
 Controlling the maker delivery schedule
Shipping arrangement
 Plans, organizes, controls and coordinates the operations of an importing or exporting establishment.
 Work with Logistics Department on any import/export issues / Provide detail (such as Booking requisition / Shipping document) for process import and export shipments / Follow shipment and delivery status.
 Monitors the packing / loading and unloading of cargo from trucks / loading cargo to vessel port / airport until ensure that the cargo ETD smoothly.
 Monitors shipping and delivery schedule base on customer commitment.
 Corporate with supplier who relate with the Import / Export handling (Such as packer company / stuffing company / etc )

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 22-30 years old
 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration , English or related field
 Having 1 years’ experience in sales function in trading, machinery or automotive.
 Good command in written and spoken English (Advanced conversation - high)
 Must have strong ability in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(1 Saturday per month according to company's calendar)
