Import and Export Officer (25K-34K) (JO-180207-146683)
About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for import and export role.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Export
Ø Contact with shipping agency to make booking each shipment
Ø Plan loading the goods date for export shipment and inform to warehouse or supplier for arrange the goods
Ø Create invoice and packing list and pass to shipping agency for process customs clearance
Ø Check draft Form E, Form D, Form JTEPA, Form AJ
Ø Summarize monthly shipment report in excel file.
Ø Summarize monthly expense report in excel file
Ø Well cooperate with oversea suppliers
Ø Understand 3rd party Invoice and shipments (Preferred)
Import
Ø Check import shipping documents (Air/Sea)
Ø Checking draft import entry
Ø Prepare the document for issue cashier cheque (import duty and customs VAT)
Ø Input expense for each shipment in Sales and Purchase control systems
Ø Check Form E, Form D, Form JTEPA, Form AJ
Ø Summarize monthly expense report in excel file
Ø Well cooperated with over sea suppliers.
Ø Understand 3rd Invoice party and shipments (Preferred)
Ø Assigned by leader
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 25-30 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
Ø More than 2 years of experience in import and export field
Ø Good knowledge in import and export process
Ø Good command of MS Office program
Ø Good characteristics and Good communication skill
Preferable:
Ø Knowledge in 3rd party invoice and shipment process
Ø Considering solutions by herself
Ø Have positive attitude
Ø Eager to learn new knowledge
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini
Working Hour: 9:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000-34,000 THB including all allowance
