Human Resources Management Assistant Manager (HRM) (50K–60K) (SDG-117890)

<Job responsibilities>
- In charge of labor management controller for 2 factories.
- labor management to ensure compliance with Laws and contracts and
- Resolving employee and union disputes with roles ranging from specialists to managers.
- Maintain RBA, TLS, and other relevant standards
- Control the Company's operations to comply with the requirements
- Handle typically involves managing labor relations and Resolving employee-management
- Negotiating labor contracts and coordinating grievance procedures for worker complaints.
- Monitor and manage all personnel records, organize meetings
- Handle records of violation of labor discipline, and supervise the implementation
- Improve workplaces and labor-management relationships by bringing company and
Welfare committee together to have collaborative discussions, solve problems for being
happy workplace
- Other tasks assigned by the manager


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 40 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Law, Human Resource Management or related fields
- At least 8 years of experience in labor management in any large industry
- At least 3 years of experience as a supervisor with subordinates
- knowledge in TLS (Thai Labour Standard)
- knowledge of labor Protection Law, labor Relation Law, and other Laws related to HRM.
- Conversational high level in English (report, documents, and communicate with the Japanese General manager)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working in the large Manufacturing
- working in Japanese Industrial Plant
- Experience in RBA (Responsible business Alliance)
- TOEIC Score 600 up

Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Hi-Tech Industrial, Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday, Saturday: Working as per the company's calendar (1-2 Saturdays per month))
