HRM Officer (Talent Acquisition) (18K-22K) (SDG-36559)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Support all administrative relating to the recruitment and selection process such as:
 Create Job Advertisement
 Screening resume & support selection process
 Conduct Test & interview appointment by phone
 Update candidate data in recruitment report (Excel file)
 Support & handle documentation of recruitment
 Import candidate data into HRIS
 Support other project assignment
 Support Recruitment Activity at University such as:
 Preparation promotion material (Roll Up, Brochure, etc.)
 Contact University for activity’s schedule
 Support Job Fair, Roadshow
 Support other department activities as requested such as 5S activities, ISO 14001:2015, Company Trip, New Year Party, Sport Day, etc.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Female, age 24-26 years old
 Bachelor's degree in any fields
 At least 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment function
 Good communication skill in English (Internal communication)
 Interpersonal skill in multi-cultural environment
 Active / Good personality and a team player
 Having analytic thinking and multitasking skill
 Having positive thinking and good service mind

Workplace Area BTS Chidlom, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (Flexible working time 8.00-10.00 AM.))
