Work outline: Overall of Human Resources and Administration Tasks and manage a team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Handing recruitment assignments, including developing job descriptions, screening applications, interviewing applicants and short-listing qualified candidates for line managers Resignation Monitoring, Processing & Analysis
Ø Human Resource Development & Training
Ø Employee Relation & Disciplinary
Ø Managing the payroll function, including income tax, provident fund and social security payments
Ø Employee Welfare
Ø Support Human Resources Administration
Ø Make a report to present General Manager (foreigner)
Ø Review Liaison with Authorities and Statutory
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, age 32-40 years old
Ø Bachelor Degree
Ø At least 10 years experiences in Human Resources field
Ø At least 3 years of experiences in management skill
Ø Able to support all management level
Ø Understand Payroll, Visa Work permit, Social Security processes
Ø Good communication with each other
Preferable:
Ø Experience in IT Company
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Surasak
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 60,000 – 70,000 THB
