Work outline: Responsible for HRM, HRD and GA function’s management as headquarter
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy in Thailand
Ø Promote of planning and implementation of various personnel systems
Ø Make a fair adjustment among bases of various personnel systems
Ø Participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities
Ø Overseeing day to day running of the HR & GA tasks.
Ø Coordinate with government agencies related.
Ø Motivate, develop, supervise and coach subordinates to ensure a high-performance team-oriented, dedicated workforce, and meet organizational capabilities
Ø Cooperate with HR consulting companies to improve HR systems
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male/female, age 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø At least 10 years working experience in Human Resources and General Affairs
Ø Strong experiences in improving HR systems
Ø Advanced conversational English (high–up)
Ø Experiences in manufacturing companies with more than 300＋ employees
Ø Experiences in management
Preferable:
Ø Conversational level Japanese
Ø Experience in Japanese manufacturing company
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: Conversation Level (Optional)
Workplace Area: Rojana Industrial Park, (Ayutthaya)
Working Hour: 8:30 - 17:30 (Monday – Friday with some Saturday *1 – 2 times/month)
