Work outline: Support HR team for HR Activities and other assigned task
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Monitor employee time attendance; weekly, monthly and yearly report
Ø Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations. Prepare and update HR manuals to ensure that all HR practices meet standard
Ø Give the guidance and advice to each Department in aspect of HR practices, labor issues, and labor laws including liaise with Labor Office
Ø Handle all general & administrative tasks in Head Office, including office expansion
Ø Support to sustainability activities as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, Age 25 – 28 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Political Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration and related fields
Ø Having at least 3 years of work experience in HR field
Ø Good HR Skills with Labor law knowledge
Ø Fresh Graduate is also welcome
Ø Good command of computer literacy especially in Ms. Excel, Word & Power Point
Ø Able to work well under pressure and routine job together with adaptable in the dynamic working environment
Ø Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
Ø Good command both Thai and English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)

Working Hour: 9.00 – 18.30 (Mon-Fri) / Lunch hour from 12:00-13:30
