HR Administrative (25K-35K) (SDG-21532)
<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for payroll by using excel
Handle and manage employees’ social security insurance issue, including coordinate with local social security insurance office
Possess knowledge in basic labor law together able to adapt knowledge with internally working e.g. issue letter of warning, holiday management and so on
Coordinate with recruitment agency for recruitment process
Manage training course (both of internal and external held) for employee
Evaluate KPI of employee
Prepare document for ISO9001
Workplace Area: BTS Bearing, Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday (Some Saturday in case of urgently job))

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, 28-33 years old
Bachelor's degree from any filed
Familiar with HR/Admin tasks; Social Security management, KPI evaluation
At least 4 years of working experience as HR/Admin/GA
Have knowledge in Labor Law and able to adapt to work
Able to use English for email

ISO9001 knowledge and used to prepare document for this quality
