Work outline: Responsible for all of procurement function
Size of the Factory: Full capacity approximately 1,000 staff
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Overall responsible for all direct, indirect materials including service contracts such as security guard, pest control etc.
Ø Perform & control procurement cost of logistic activities etc.
- Truck & trailer for picking up & returning containers to port, terminal.
- Shipping agent for customs clearance for import & export activities.
Ø Review service contracts to keep the Company’s benefit and comply with the Company’s policy
Ø Prepare procurement budget and standard cost for materials.
Ø Sourcing and developing new potential suppliers and new materials for supporting R&D as per customer’s requirement.
Ø Negotiate with suppliers for cost saving project.
Ø Collaborate with planning, R&D and sales team to support customers’ request for urgent product or seasonal sales promotion.
Ø Monitor, control and take actions to resolve all issues about delivery, quality etc.
Ø Visit suppliers for keeping business relation and problem solving.
Ø Follow up quality, delivery and quantity issues when the Company has the problem with supplier.
Ø Manage supplier relationship to ensure continuity of material & service that meet the quality, service and price performance standards of the Company.
Ø Facilitate bid analysis and negotiation for all materials and services.
Ø Develop strategic relationship with quality suppliers to ensure collaboration to reduce risks and cost.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, age 38-45 years
Ø Bachelor or Master Degree in Supply change or any related field
Ø At least 10 years direct experience in procurement in a manufacturing field both direct & indirect materials.
Ø Excellence in English communication (speaking and writing).
Ø Excellent computer and other IT skills.
Ø Excellent negotiating skill and be able to "close" deals.
Ø Must have business acumen and commercial flair.
Preferable:
Ø Have an experience in chicken further processing is advantage
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: MRT Silom then move to Saraburi around April 2018
Working Hour: Monday to Saturday 8:00 – 17:00
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000 – 70,000 THB negotiable
