<Job Responsibilities>
	Plan & Actual control counteraction for Fundamental cause and issues
	Being responsible for coordination and completion of the project by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring project progress
	Reviewing production, quality control reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities
	Select Jig which is used for cutting and grinding 
	Set program of machining conditions
	Planning, developing and implementing new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs and effect greater utilization of workforce and materials
	Other tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Male, 40-50 years
	Bachelor's degree in any field
	At least 10 years of experience in production and machining process including aluminum cutting process
	At least 5 years of experience as manager role
	Strong communication skill to lead a huge organization plus building up relationship with members.
	To be able to understand quality requirement for automotive business.
	Problem solving ability in production line 


<Preferable Skill / Experience>
	Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline and Leadership


Languages skills 
English: Conversational level  
Japanese: Preferable
