General Affair & HR Deputy Section Manager (Head Office) (40K–55K) (SDG-117624)

<Job responsibilities>
1. General Affair Operation Management
- Manage General Affairs tasks related to visas and work permits for foreign employees.
- Coordinate with the government (BOI, SET, SEC) to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and submit necessary documents for visas, work permits, and approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of all GA-related documentation.
- Serve as the main Contact with government offices for GA matters.
2. HR tasks as assigned
- Manage HR operations, including approve documentation and coordinate with Department
- Coordinate training and development activities to enhance team skills.
3. Other tasks assigned by the General Manager


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- At least 5 years experience in HR & GA department
- At least 1 years experience in management with subordinates
- Experience in VISA and work permit
- Experience in BOI document task
- Conversational high level in English
(communicate with Japanese report line, report, emails, and documents)
- Possess analytical skills and Problem-Solving skills.
- Positive attitude, working under pressure, flexibility, and conflict solutions.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Conversational Middle level in Japanese (JLPT N3)
- Work Experience at a Japanese company
- Experience in dealing with SET, SEC

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: MRT Lumphini
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday)
