Work outline: Overall of General Affair tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:
HR all (exclude calculate salary)
Purchase Order
Project Management all
Control Supplier and Sub-contractor
IT & internet
Visa, Work Permit, 90days (for Staffs and Family)
Support Japanese Staff (if any)
Control Company Car & Expense fee
Arrange documents of company
Other tasks assigned by the chief

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female, Age 30-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree
Experience as a General Affair
Knowledge about accounting
Ability to communicate well
Have tolerance to pressure
Can analyze the situation. Have and solve problems that can be created.
Ability to use the necessary computer applications fluently.
Have the ability to plan And work for a specified period of time
Good human relations Ability to work as a team. And work seamlessly with people outside the department.
Have social etiquette and behave appropriately
Can work overtime or work on holidays

Preferable:
Experience in Accounting


Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable

Workplace Area: (BTS) UdomSuk
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17.00 (Monday to Friday)

Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 THB including all allowances
