Work outline: In charge of general administration and coordinate to every function of the company
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Coordinate to every function of the company to make company runs smoothly
Ø General administrative such as checking invoice, preparing documents for company’s expense, contract update, scheduling meeting
Ø Managing and routing office communications, letters and documents
Ø Interpretation in internal and external meetings
Ø Perform a variety office and assist managers
Ø Support sales team ( travelling sometimes )
Ø Opportunity to go aboard once a year
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, age between 24-35 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø Japanese language skills (Advanced Conversational) N2 level up
Ø Good communication skill
Ø Experience in Interpreter or General Admin
Ø Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferable:
Ø Experiences of working in a Japanese company
Ø English language skills (Advanced Conversational)
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Advance Conversation Level
Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.00 (Mon-Fri)
