Work outline: Overall of surrounding facilities and support
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for services such as cleaning, security and parking to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work.
Ø Manage any building maintenance with things like electricity, water supply and air conditioning, to maintain the working environment.
Ø Ensuring that basic facilities, such as electricity, water supply and air condition, are well-maintained and meet preventive maintenance plan
Ø Coordinate building and facility maintenance and monitor performance and ensuring cost-effectiveness
Ø Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and compliance with all safety and security protocols
Ø Overseeing providers for services including security, parking and cleaning
Ø Oversee and supervising teams of maintenance technician, cleaner, driver & security.
Ø Coaching and training to subordinates to increase their knowledge and skills
Ø Handle certain administrative task such as preparing reports
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male only, age 30-35 years.
Ø Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
Ø At least 5 years’ experience in building & facilities management position
Ø Able to work under pressure
Ø Computer Literate
Ø Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ø Service Minded
Ø Working knowledge of electrical system of building
Ø Able to work on Saturday (half day)
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Ratchadapisek
Working Hour: 8.30 – 18.00 (Mon-Fri), Sat 9.00 - 12.00
