<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for controlling & managing company's car (10 company's car)
Monitoring ISO 14001 system
Settle company's expenses and reimbursement in a timely manner, purchase procedure; PR/PO
Responsible for managing office facilities.
Coordinating Department’s administrative function, tracking responses and replies, and update employees of changes within the organization.
Control & Support Messenger’s Schedule
Control & Support Housekeeper’s assignment
Coordinating communication and correspondence in English and Thai for both written and spoken communication, e.g. Email correspondence, announcements, and notifications.
Support special projects and events upon request, e.g. CSR, Company Trip, New Year party and etc.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Female, age 30-35 years old
Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years’ experience in administrative function
Eager to learn and able to work under pressure in a multinational working environment
Good skill in interpersonal communications and service minded
Good communication skill both of Thai and English (Internal Communication written & spoken)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Working experience in Japanese company
Japanese skill is a plus and would get Language allowance
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area BTS Chidlom, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (Flexible working time 8.00-10.00 AM.))
