Finance Representative (40K–45K) (SDG-117014)

<Job responsibilities>
• Processing both inflow and outflow (including invoices, payments, receipts and etc.) of the company’s transactions.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Monitoring budget performance and identifying variances.
• Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including weekly, monthly, and annual financial statements for management review.
• Tax declaration, including corporate income tax, withholding tax and other tax duties.
• Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with financial and labor regulations and standards in Thailand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and drive financial performance.
• Handle HR-related correspondence, including salary calculation, recruitment, BOI, VISA, and other administrative works.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in a Finance and Accounting role from Export or Trading industries.
• Proficiency in financial software such as Express, ERP, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experienced in tax declarations and generating financial reports.
• BOI knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Conversationa high level in English to communicate with direct report line and Taiwan HQ.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
• Have CPD license.
• Chinese language skills.
