เจ้าหน้าที่การเงิน (กรมธนารักษ์)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Handling for all payment and collection document from both vendors and suppliers
- Approve payment after getting confirmed from BU
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
- Recheck Invoice, payment document
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female 22 - 28 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting or related
- New graduated or 1- 2 years experience of finance
- Knowledge or working experience in trade finance is advantage
- Hard working and service mind
- Good GPA
- Good personality (Cheerful, Active), service mind, team work oriented
- Good command of English (Internal communication)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดการเอกสารการชำระเงินและการเรียกเก็บเงินทั้งหมดจากทั้งผู้ขายและซัพพลายเออร์
- อนุมัติการชำระเงินหลังจากได้รับการยืนยันจาก BU
- ป้อนข้อมูลสำคัญของธุรกรรมทางการเงินในฐานข้อมูลทุกวัน
- ตรวจสอบใบแจ้งหนี้ เอกสารการชำระเงิน
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 22 - 28 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการเงิน/บัญชี หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จบใหม่ หรือ มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเงิน 1- 2 ปี
- มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้านการเงินการค้าจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีใจรักงานบริการ
- เกรดเฉลี่ยที่ดี
- บุคลิกภาพดี (ร่าเริง กระตือรือร้น) มีใจบริการ มีใจรักการทำงานเป็นทีม
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (การสื่อสารภายใน)
