<Job Responsibilities>
Monthly/ quarterly/ yearly financial closing; Making financial statement for both local and IFRS basis, Reporting to HCC HQ, Handling EY audit, Reflecting special accounting treatment like impairment, Making account detail and reacting the issues to be solved.
Fund management; Short/ middle/ long term cash forecast, Raising fund with the appropriate cost (Minimize interest payment)
Payment; Payment operation, such as bank transfer, cash or check payment. Building appropriate payment process toward the prevention of fraud.
Risk monitoring / Risk hedge; Grasping foreign currency exchange risk, Risk hedge by foreign exchange reservation, etc.
AR management; AR aging report, credit risk survey
Asset management; Physical stocktaking, Slow-moving and excess stock management, Action when the problems are detected.
Performance management; Making performance management documents, supervising budget process, Collaborating with HCC business sector.
TAX; TAX application, handling with TAX law updated, Transfer pricing.
Internal control & audit; J-SOX, treating several kinds of audit, conducting internal audit appropriately.
Compliance; Confirming the legal observation related to the company operation
Budget in each group; Setting the necessary personnel and expense, Making group budget policy for next fiscal year.
Fostering subordinates, Working hour management

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35-48 years old
Bachelor degree
At least 10 years’ experience as accounting and finance field including cost accounting (Five years working experience from manufacturing company **If you have working experience in Audit Accounting firm then you work for manufacturing company, it is applicable.)
Have CPD (Continuing Professional Development) license
Good command of verbal and written in English especially English for accounting terms.
Have knowledge and experience in finance, accounting and TAX.
Good analysis skill, critical thinking and problem solving skill.
Good presentation skill including making effective material.
Good coaching skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
CPA license
Be able to communicate in Japanese
