Factory Manager @Pathumthani (70K-100K) (SDG-40148)
<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for control man hour, cost and process improvement
Planning and organizing production schedule and line in according to client’s order
Manage and oversee production line and assembly process of electronic parts
Communicate with client to adjust schedule and quality of products
Manage cost of tooling and equipment of production line
Control and determine production standards on basis of company strategy
Prepare monthly report such as quality report and KPI report, have a meeting with Japanese manager
Make a plan for training, monthly action and manpower
Keep and implement ISO standard
Review and continuously improve production process and line to enhance productivity
Supervising the work of subordinates, especially head of each Department, planning training and evaluation for all staff in factory
Coordinate with client and respond to audit from client
Keep all Thai staff work as following company’s standard
Tasks assigned by Japanese Factory Director
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 40-50 years old
Bachelor Degree
Management experience for more than 5 years in any field
Problem solving skills
Can think and act on your own with a broad perspective
Team-oriented with good organizing, people management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization
Strong sense of responsibility
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Japanese and English skill
Working experience in FMCG industry
Working experience in Japanese company
