Factory Manager @Pathumthani (70K-80K) (SDG-26474)
<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for control man hour, cost and process improvement
Planning and organizing production schedule and line in according to client’s order
Manage and oversee production line and assembly process of electronic parts
Communicate with client to adjust schedule and quality of products
Manage cost of tooling and equipment of production line
Control and determine production standards on basis of company strategy
Prepare monthly report such as quality report and KPI report, have a meeting with Japanese manager
Make a plan for training, monthly action and manpower
Keep and implement ISO standard
Review and continuously improve production process and line to enhance productivity
Supervising the work of subordinates, especially head of each Department, planning training and evaluation for all staff in factory
Coordinate with client and respond to audit from client
Keep all Thai staff work as following company’s standard
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male, age 45-50 years old
Bachelor’s degree
At least 10 years’ experience production line and 5 years’ experience in production management in FMCG product.
Able to monitor and manage over 200 employees
Knowledge of the disciplines of manufacturing management (production and inventory control, variable cost productivity, and fulfillment metrics, quality systems, cost systems, and fulfillment metrics, and procedures)
Strong sense of responsibility
Ability to plan and organize work schedules, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Team-oriented with good organizing, people management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Be able to communicate in Japanese
