Work outline: Management of manufacturing site of automotive parts
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
Ø Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
Ø Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
Ø Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
Ø Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
Ø Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
Ø Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff
Ø Commit to plant safety procedures
Ø Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
Ø Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male or Female, age 40-52 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø More than 5 years’ experience as manager in manufacturing industry
Preferable:
Ø Experience in automotive parts industry

Workplace Area: Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri) ***Every last Saturday is working day
