Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Assist Managing Director in various Factory Business Projects.
Ø Coordinating internal resources and third parties for the execution of projects.
Ø Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
Ø Preparing and updating project documentation and presentations, including project charters, project status, progress update, key issues and recommendations on a regular basis and/or upon request from Managing Director.
Ø Engaging with functional and department leaders during all phases of the project
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, age 30-35 years
Ø Bachelor degree
Ø At least 3 years of experience in Business Project Coordination/management
Ø Strong Project Management, Information Seeking and Conceptual Thinking Skills
Ø Confident with advanced facilitation and presentation skills
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ø High flexibility & enthusiastic
Ø Able to work independently
Ø Attending to and understand business needs
Preferable:
Ø Knowledge in Home appliances business
Languages skills
English: Business level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: km 37 Bangna-Trad Rd, Provided Company Shuttle bus
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.10 (Mon-Fri)
