Estimator (30K-50K) (SDG-29373)
<Job Responsibilities>
Assist in preparing cost data for proposals and contract negotiations.
Determine project scope, define requirements, works with team and others to coordinate production, meet deadlines and client requirements.
Establish quote priorities based on evaluation and analysis of overall opportunities.
In charge of after service when client have problem when using company services
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 27-40 years old
High Vocational School or Bachelor’s degree in civil work.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as QS Officer.
Knowledge to take quantity for Structure and finishing work skillfully.
Knowledge in computer literacy skills in MS Excel or estimation program
