Work outline: Be responsible for maintenance of all machine and machine in factories
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Planning and organizing production line by following company’s strategy
Ø Attend meeting for new project, improvement activity and solving process problems
Ø Manage all maintenance of production machine and machine tool
Ø Set target of department and manage all maintenance work
Ø Manage spare parts of machine and utility
Ø Manage recycle activity of broken machine and other equipment
Ø Get license of measurement tool and manage that tools
Ø Improve machine in production line and layout to enhance productivity
Ø Maintain any machine and equipment of office, factory and canteen in order to prevent accidents
Ø Make report regarding quality of machine, attend quality meeting
Ø Provide work instruction of new machine with production team
Ø Coordinate with accounting team to register information of machine in that Dept.
Ø Send specification of machine to purchasing team in order to let purchasing team chose proper supplier
Ø Planning to save electricity use
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male, 40-50 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree in engineering field
Ø At least 10 years experiences as engineer including machine maintenance in production field (manufacturing)
Ø At least 5 years experiences as management level
Ø Strong knowledge of CNC Lath, CNC Drill, Machining Center
Ø Be able to communicate in English
Preferable:
Ø Knowledge of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and 5S
Ø Working experience in turbocharger industry
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Company Bus (VAN) in Chonburi area and from Bangna
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon- Fri) *Saturday working: 6 days per year (Up to company’s calendar)
About the Benefit
Salary: 60,000 – 90,000THB Base
