Engineering Executive (20K-35K) (JO-180517-162538)
Work outline: Responsible for overall processes of after sales service for existing customer.
Duties & Responsibilities:
 Main task to provide sufficient service engineering to our existing customers i.e. answer technical questions related to our Motors & Switch products.
 Take care warranty procedure which reported as field trouble or during customer’s inspection, provide service engineering works in case of emergency or based on our customer’s request, etc.
 Beside above main task, also request to work as a supporting member of sales & marketing activities which required for our team. For example, support our sales members to provide sufficient technical details for smooth communication between new / existing customers, support marketing activities i.e. exhibition, product seminars, advertisement, and stock control works, etc.
 Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, Male/female, age 24-30 years
 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
 Welcome New Graduates & Fresh Grads
 Working experiences related to Production Engineering, Sales Engineer or Service Engineer
 Knowledge and/or handling experiences of Industrial Squirrel-cage rotor type three phase Induction Motors, and/or Industrial Magnetic Switch, and/or Other related drive equipment i.e. Inverter/PLC/HMI/SCADA, etc.
 Speaking & Writing English is required for Business Communication level
 Having computer literacy i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
 Good interpersonal and communication skills, active with pleasant personality
 Own vehicle with a valid driving license
