<Job Responsibilities>
- Start-up work for newly ordered parts
- Arrangement of molds and jigs
- Maintenance of production process
- Initial quality management / PPAP creation
- Engineering department and quality control department management
- Guidance and education for two subordinates. You can give guidance with the aim of improving your technical skills.
- Verification of product 3D data / Examination of mold feasibility / Detection of product concerns / Examination of productivity
- Has knowledge of mold structure and mold manufacturing
- Understand the automobile development process and understand the start-up work of new parts
- Understand basic quality control and be able to give guidance to subordinates
- Experienced in emergency response when the mold is damaged.
- Understand injection molding materials to some extent and select according to the intended use
- When ordering a new mold, productivity, product concerns, etc. can be reflected and instructed in the mold specifications.
- Drawings can be read and necessary SPEC tests can be read.
- Can give guidance and instructions to production sites such as improvements such as productivity improvement
- There is a mold cost for new parts and a product unit price, so it can be calculated to some extent.
- At the automobile development stage, it is possible to give instructions for mold correction due to mold defects and product defects.
- L / O can be planned in consideration of productivity such as assembly line.
- Meetings with customers: initial construction start meeting, production engineering examination, product quality, actual vehicle matching meeting, etc.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 40-50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5++ years’ experience in Engineer /Have been engaged in "technical" work at a plastic manufacturing company
- Experience in plastic molding technology
- Experience in starting up new parts, handling automobile-related parts
- Meetings with customers initial construction start meeting, production engineering examination, product quality, actual vehicle matching meeting, etc.
- Understand PPAP/ Understands ISO9001 / 14001 / IATF16949
- Understand basic quality control and be able to give guidance to subordinates
- Good command of verbal and written in English (to communicate with internal and external)
