Engineer Manager @Samutprakarn (60K- 70K) (SDG-28705)
<Job Responsibilities>
Manage project to reach target, schedule, and quality and safety aspects
Overall control and manage projects to meet customer's requirement and satisfaction
Control working performance and quality of all under controlled engineer staffs
Project Management efficiency
Realize company profit and cost controlling of all company projects and other affairs concerned to engineering department
Monitor working performance of all under controlled engineer staffs to obey company rule and regulations
Advise and coach all engineer staffs to be more efficiency for company works
Support and give good cooperation to other internal line manager
Improve engineer staffs' working quality continually
Oversee project by visit client site (Samutprakarn/ Chonburi/ Rayong/Samutsakorn/Samutsongkram and other area)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male, age 40-48 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Electric or Mechanical Engineer
Project Management experience at least 10 years
Having management experience with subordinate at least 5 years
Good command of English (written and spoken with JP Manager)
Good in Microsoft office, AutoCAD and PLC
Knowledge of ISO9001:2008
Able to visit client site
Own car
