Job Detail

1. Formulate manufacturing process for the new product
2. Direct, review and approve process jig fixture design and changes
3. Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
4. Provide, plan and direct the installation testing and operation of facilities and equipment needed for production.
5. Keep conducting tests on systems for efficiency and accuracy till a quality and cost-effective production process is implemented successfully
6. Investigate, solve and prevent the process related problems in production lines.
7. Assign, direct, and evaluate the PE work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff
8. Study the production feasibility and estimate the manufacturing cost for new project quotation.
9. Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department
10. Other responsibilities if required


- Education Bachelor degree Engineering or related.
- Work Experience 7 years as Engineering in automotive manufacture.
- Has 3 years experience management as manager level.
- Able to review customer's requirement, drawing and specifications and conduct of technical review process.
- Conversation middle-high level in English.
