E-Commerce Staff (Consumer Goods Products) (25K–33K) (SDG-114599)

<Job responsibilities>
- Manage the company's e-commerce platform (Shopee/Lazada)
- Ensure functionality, usability, and overall platform performance.
- Manage product listings, text, and photography to Ensure accuracy and attractiveness.
- Analyze traffic and customer behavior data to find opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize the online shopping Experience to decrease cart abandonment and increase consumer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and logistics departments.
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce Sales performance, trends, and insights.
- Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content creators to enhance website functionality and the user experience.
- Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of work experience in E-commerce (Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok Shop) for consumer goods products.
- Work Experiences in FMCG (consumer product)
- Conversational High in English (for communicating with Japanese manager and written)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and trends.
- Have positive attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working Experience in Personal Care product
- Familiar with Japanese company/working style

Workplace Area: BTS Asok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday, Work in Office 100%)
