Documentation Coordinator (Japanese Speaking) (24K-30K) (SDG-26869) <Job Responsibilities> Prepare export documentation by entering and updating shipment data into the core application as per established work instruction Prepare import documentation by verifying manifest, sending NOAs and/or DOs as per established work instruction Generate and send bill of lading and/or tax invoice to customers after verification as per established work instruction Coordinate and communicate with clients through e-mails Complete all the assigned tasks on time and with expected accuracy Self-driven and motivated person to take initiatives when required
