Work outline: In charge of Finance & Administration department
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Controls overall in Finance & Administration department (Finance, Accounting, Tax , HR, GA, Legal , ICT and HSE (Health Safety Environment) )
Ø Draws up and executes the annual and midterm operations plan of the Finance Administration Dept.
Ø Coordinates with each Dept., within company and affiliated companies in Japan, Singapore and Thailand
Ø Solves operational , Budgeting and personal-related problems in order to significantly improve operations, systems and products and thereby help management to achieve their goals
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male/female, age 45-55 years old
Ø Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or any related field
Ø Have experience in Admin, HR or Accounting at least 8-10 years
Ø Have basic knowledge in finance and accounting
Ø Business manner of Japanese companies
Ø Good command of English
Ø Good command of Japanese (At least N2)
Ø Good interpersonal skill
Ø Have leadership skill
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: Business Level
Workplace Area: MRT Silom /BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 Mon-Fri, Flextime system is applicable
