About this Job
Work outline: Overall of customs specialist tasks

Duties & Responsibilities:
EDI Checking System & Control
Suggest Customs Regulation, Clearance and Harmonize Code to Customer Service
Check all Import-Export entries based on Customers' instruction
Control Import-Export License & Permit including applying all license and permit as per customers' requirements
To be able to advice customs function for our staffs and customs
Operational control and monitoring of staffs who prepare customs declarations
Find solution for customs functionality which related with import and export
To bring the updated information related with customs department concerned departments then distribute to all staffs and customers
Perform duties assigned by company if necessary

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/female, Age 35-45 years old
At least 5 years of proven experience in a logistics management role (in handling of HM Customs process (Clearance, BOI, 19 BIS etc.), international freight forwarding (Air and Sea Import / Export) or related fields)
Experience in the handling of HM Customs process (Tariff code management)
Must have direct experience in การกำหนดพิกัดภาษี / ภาษีศุลกากร
Customs broker process management and KPI
Working experience in International freight forwarding Firm
Good commend of spoken & written in English (to communicate with Japanese Manager)
Good PC skills in MS Office
Strong communication and service minded




Preferable:
Special Consideration will be given for prior Customs Clearance Card, Customs Formality Specialist card
Possessed related certificate

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: Ayutthaya Province
Working Hour: Monday – Friday [8:30 – 17.30]
