Customer Support (20K-22K) (JO-180510-161936)
Work outline: Responsible for the movement of merchandise and/or material in/out of the country in compliance. Paperwork and monetary transactions associated with international distribution in a timely manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparing the documents of both international and domestic and keep in order.
Coordinate with Oversea, Carrier, Shipping agent and Freight forwarder.
Follow up import and export shipment.
Coordinate both customers and other departments within the company about the delivery of goods or documents (work flow processing).
Preparing the document of expenditure to support engineer (booking hotel, request center car from admin etc.)
Contact customers to increase customer ‘satisfaction of products and services.
Others as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male, age 24-30 years
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field
Have experience at least 1-2 year in import-export and electronic/automotive parts.
Be able to use MS Office and Internet efficiency.
Well-developed communicational skills and a customer orientation
Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes.
Good personality with interpersonal and presentation skills.
Have service mind, diligent and positive thinking.
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level

Workplace Area: Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)
