<Job Responsibilities>
- Be responsible for Material Control and import tasks and be in charge of some clients in Thailand
- Prepare import documents and input the data to internal system
- Communicate with the branches in other countries, when import products from them
- Inventory Control and manage delivery schedule by contacting both client and logistics company
- Prepare PO and issue invoice
- Flexibly correspond with urgent delivery requests
- Request shipment to supplier or warehouse
- Other duties assigned by Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female 25-27 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years’ experience of customer service or Material control in trading or manufacturing company (Product should be electrical or mechanical products）
- Conversational high level of English
- Working experience in Japanese company
- Have knowledge or import document and process
- Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Able to start working immediately
- Have working experience in automotive industries
- Have working experience in Japanese trading company

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รับผิดชอบงานด้านการควบคุมวัสดุและการนำเข้าและดูแลลูกค้าบางรายในประเทศไทย
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารนำเข้าและป้อนข้อมูลไปยังระบบภายใน
- สื่อสารกับสาขาในประเทศอื่น ๆ เมื่อนำเข้าผลิตภัณฑ์จากพวกเขา
- ควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังและจัดการกำหนดการจัดส่งโดยติดต่อทั้งลูกค้าและ บริษัท โลจิสติกส์
- จัดเตรียมใบสั่งซื้อและออกใบแจ้งหนี้
- สอดคล้องกับคำขอจัดส่งเร่งด่วน
- ขอการจัดส่งไปยังซัพพลายเออร์หรือคลังสินค้า
- หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศหญิงอายุ 25-27 ปี
-ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการบริการลูกค้าหรือควบคุมวัสดุใน บริษัท การค้าหรือผู้ผลิต (สินค้าควรเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ไฟฟ้าหรือเครื่องกล)
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานใน บริษัท ญี่ปุ่น
- มีความรู้หรือนำเข้าเอกสารและกระบวนการ
- สามารถใช้งานพีซีและ Microsoft Office ได้

- สามารถเริ่มทำงานได้ทันที
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานใน บริษัท การค้าของญี่ปุ่น
