Customer service (Domestic Customer) (27K-35K) (SDG-78424)
เจ้าหน้าที่บริการลูกค้า (ลูกค้าในประเทศ)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Be in charge of existing clients in Thailand
- Manage daily operation quickly such as issuing an invoice, preparing order sheets, arranging a delivery schedule with customers and supplier in Thailand
- Coordinate with customer service (import staff) for delivery arrangement if a product is imported from overseas
- Inventory Control by contacting the warehouse
- Flexibly correspond with urgent delivery requests and negotiate with customer and supplier
- Other duties assigned by Manager

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 27-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years’ experience of customer service or Material control in trading or manufacturing company (product should be electrical or mechanical or automobile products)
- Conversational high level of English (To communicate with Japanese managers)
- Have knowledge of trading process
- Able to operate office skill (Outlook E-mail, Excel VLOOKUP/pivot table)

Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Able to start working immediately
- Have working experience in automotive industries
- Working experience in Japanese company

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ดูแลลูกค้าที่มีอยู่ในประเทศไทย
- บริหารจัดการงานประจำวันได้อย่างรวดเร็ว เช่น ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ จัดตารางการจัดส่งกับลูกค้าและซัพพลายเออร์ในประเทศไทย
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (เจ้าหน้าที่นำเข้า) เพื่อจัดเตรียมการจัดส่งหากสินค้านำเข้าจากต่างประเทศ
- การควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังโดยการติดต่อคลังสินค้า
- สอดคล้องกับคำขอจัดส่งเร่งด่วนและเจรจากับลูกค้าและซัพพลายเออร์อย่างยืดหยุ่น
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 27-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการบริการลูกค้าหรือการควบคุมวัสดุในบริษัทการค้าหรือบริษัทการผลิต (ผลิตภัณฑ์ควรเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ไฟฟ้าหรือเครื่องกลหรือรถยนต์)
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (เพื่อสื่อสารกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น)
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการซื้อขาย
- สามารถใช้ทักษะสำนักงานได้ (Outlook E-mail, Excel VLOOKUP/ pivot table)

- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
