Customer Service (Oversea) (New Graduate) (17K–18K) (SDG-63133)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Mainly taking care of Myanmar customer
- Forecast management and analysis the material stock preparation for client
- Coordinate with production team in both Thailand and International to follow up the process for client to finish with in lead time as requested
- Responsible for key client order and match with company product code in the system
- Prepare related data report to Managers.
- Responsible for maintain good relationship with buyer
- Coordinate with internal department (Sales Team)
- Other tasks as assign by Management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 22 - 25 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economic or General Management only
- Welcome new graduate
- Good command of English ( to communicate oversea)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- in Business Administration, Marketing, Economic or General Management only

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ดูแลลูกค้าเมียนมาร์เป็นหลัก
- พยากรณ์การจัดการและวิเคราะห์การเตรียมสต็อควัสดุสำหรับลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตทั้งในและต่างประเทศเพื่อติดตามขั้นตอนให้ลูกค้าดำเนินการให้เสร็จตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- รับผิดชอบการสั่งซื้อของลูกค้ารายสำคัญและจับคู่กับรหัสสินค้าของบริษัทในระบบ
- จัดทำรายงานข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ผู้จัดการ
- รับผิดชอบในการรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับผู้ซื้อ
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายภายใน (Sales Team)
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 22 - 25 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือการจัดการทั่วไปเท่านั้น
- ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อสื่อสารต่างประเทศ)

- สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด เศรษฐกิจ หรือการจัดการทั่วไปเท่านั้น
