Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Helping customer to solve problem by Facebook, phone or in person
Ø Support Customer Service team
Ø Develop service procedures, policies and standards
Ø Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Ø Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
Ø Manage schedule in a team
Ø Dealing with technical Staff
Ø Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
Ø Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
Ø Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-40years
Ø At least 4 years of experiences as a Customer Service in Game / Telecommunication / IT or any related field
Ø 3 years’ experience in management with subordinates
Ø Good in Leadership Experience in providing customer service support
Ø Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
Ø Strong client-facing and communication skills
Ø Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Ø Customer service orientation and interpersonal Skill
Ø Have Passion in GAME ONLINE industry
Preferable:
Ø Experience in Game Industry
Language skills:
English: Daily Conversational Level
Japanese: none
Workplace Area: BTS Thonglor
Working Hour: 9.00 – 18.00 (mon-fri) *be flexible*
