Customer Service Executive (18K-33K) (SDG-26350)
<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for vehicle accidental repairing
Coordinating with concerned parties such as insurance and motor shop to evaluate the damage and estimate the proper timeline of reparation
Conducting the regular survey at the motor shop to check the repairing process of the vehicle
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male, age 25-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineer and Computer Science
At least 1 year working experience in motor insurance claim
Able to communicate in English effectively (please provide TOEIC score)
Able to use Microsoft Office effectively
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineer
Experience in leasing business
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ratchadamri, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
