เจ้าหน้าที่บริการลูกค้า
<Job Responsibilities>
- Be responsible for Material Control and be in charge of some clients mainly in oversea ASEAN countries
- Inventory Control and manage delivery schedule by contacting both client and supplier (About imported products, cooperate with internal import staff)
- Prepare PO and issue invoice
- Flexibly correspond with urgent delivery requests
- Request shipment to supplier or warehouse (Ocean, Air, Truck)
- Get clients' information such like production trends if necessary
- Gather quotation from logistics company about delivery cost
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 27-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years’ experience of customer service or Material control in trading or manufacturing company (Product should be electrical or mechanical products)
- At least 2 years’ experience of managing import/export documents and processes
- Conversational high level of English
- Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office (Outlook Email, Excel: VLOOKUP/pivotable/ Xlookup)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Able to start working immediately
- Working experience in Japanese company
- Working experience in Automotive industries or Trading company
- Working experience in Japanese trading company

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รับผิดชอบในการควบคุมวัสดุและดูแลลูกค้าบางส่วนในประเทศอาเซียนในต่างประเทศเป็นหลัก
- ควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังและจัดการกำหนดการส่งมอบโดยติดต่อทั้งลูกค้าและซัพพลายเออร์ (เกี่ยวกับสินค้านำเข้า ร่วมมือกับเจ้าหน้าที่นำเข้าภายใน)
- จัดทำ PO และออกใบแจ้งหนี้
- สอดคล้องกับคำขอจัดส่งด่วนอย่างยืดหยุ่น
- ขอจัดส่งไปยังซัพพลายเออร์หรือคลังสินค้า (มหาสมุทร, อากาศ, รถบรรทุก)
- รับข้อมูลของลูกค้า เช่น แนวโน้มการผลิต หากจำเป็น
- รวบรวมใบเสนอราคาจากบริษัทขนส่งเกี่ยวกับค่าขนส่ง
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 27-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการบริการลูกค้าหรือการควบคุมวัสดุในการค้าหรือ บริษัท ผู้ผลิต (ผลิตภัณฑ์ควรเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ไฟฟ้าหรือเครื่องกล)
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในการจัดการเอกสารและกระบวนการนำเข้า / ส่งออก
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง
- สามารถใช้ PC และ Microsoft Office ได้ (อีเมล Outlook, Excel: VLOOKUP/pivotable/ Xlookup)
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์หรือบริษัทการค้า
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทการค้าญี่ปุ่น
