Work outline: To conduct day to day import-export document of customs formalities and determining tariffs (Monitoring in Harmonized System Code)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Work closely with Superior to conduct of Company's customs clearance procedure & policy
Ø To control of day to day operation and support in guidance and problems solving by work closely with Branch manager
Ø To maintain excellent relation with Customs Department and other related
Ø To work closely under of GOD Superior to conduct of Company's customs clearance procedure & policy
Ø Effectively negotiate clearance procedures upon crucial issues
Ø Other tasks as assigned by GM or MD
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male, age 30-40 years
Ø Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
Ø At least 5 years of proven experience in a logistics management role (in handling of HM Customs process (Clearance, BOI, 19 BIS etc.), international freight forwarding (Air and Sea Import / Export) or related fields)
Ø Experience in the handling of HM Customs process (Tariff code management)
Ø Must have direct experience in การกำหนดพิกัดภาษี / ภาษีศุลกากร
Ø Customs broker process management and KPI
Ø Working experience in International freight forwarding Firm
Ø Good commend of spoken & written in English (to communicate with Japanese Manager)
Ø Good PC skills in MS Office
Ø Strong communication and service minded
Preferable:
Ø Special Consideration will be given for prior Customs Clearance Card, Customs Formality Specialist card
Ø Possessed related certificate
Language skills:
English: Advance Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Chonburi (Lam Cha Bang)
Working Hour: Monday – Friday [8:30 – 17.30]
