Custom Clearance Manager (Laemchabang)
(40K-60K) (JO-180504-161403)
Work outline: To conduct day to day import-export document of customs formalities and determining tariffs (Monitoring in Harmonized System Code)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Work closely with Superior to conduct of Company's customs clearance procedure & policy
To control of day to day operation and support in guidance and problems solving by work closely with Branch manager
To maintain excellent relation with Customs Department and other related
To work closely under of GOD Superior to conduct of Company's customs clearance procedure & policy
Effectively negotiate clearance procedures upon crucial issues
Other tasks as assigned by GM or MD

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/female, age 30-40 years
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
At least 5 years of proven experience in a logistics management role (in handling of HM Customs process (Clearance, BOI, 19 BIS etc.), international freight forwarding (Air and Sea Import / Export) or related fields)
Experience in the handling of HM Customs process (Tariff code management)
Must have direct experience in การกำหนดพิกัดภาษี / ภาษีศุลกากร
Customs broker process management and KPI
Working experience in International freight forwarding company
Able to communicate in English (to communicate with Japanese Manager)
Good PC skills in MS Office
Strong communication and service minded

Preferable:
Special Consideration will be given for prior Customs Clearance Card, Customs Formality Specialist card
Possessed related certificate

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area: Chonburi (Lam Cha Bang)
Working Hour: Monday – Friday [8:30 – 17.30]
