Work outline: Responsible for commercial and contract management of the construction project
*OT work is required depending on the situation of that business day.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø General Commercial and Contract(s) Management of the Project
Ø Review and advice on Contract provisions and procedures.
Ø Preparation of Contractual correspondence
Ø Management of Variation Order / Change Order Accounts, upstream and downstream
Ø Preparation of cost / time claims including gathering assessing and compiling
Ø Ensure that all necessary records are maintained on the Project to support claims and counter claims
Ø Ensure that the correct contractual provisions are followed to ensure that entitlement is not compromised
Ø Attend meetings and liaise with the Client where applicable
Ø Other related tasks within contract administration
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor degree
Ø More than 10 years of experience in any related role.
Ø At least 5 years’ experience in similar position (OR 5 years in similar industry)
Ø Must be Well organized and can work independently & as a team
Ø Good knowledge computer skill
Ø Good command of both spoken and written English
Ø Good command of Microsoft Office
Ø Qualification of Quantity Surveyor
Preferable:
Ø Pleasant and approachable person with a positive attitude.
Ø Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Ø Able to do multi-task.
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Saphan Kwai or MRT Kampaeng Phet
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8.30am -17.30pm
