Work outline: As a Consultant Assistant, this position is responsible for assisting consultants in order to provide job opportunity to candidates and HR solution (Recruiting) to clients in order to solve its organization issues.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Managing timeline of job posting in all job board, then proceed posting without mistake according to schedule
Ø Inputting job requirement data into our system
Ø Inputting candidate registration data into our system
Ø Screening applications which is sent by e-mail and do matching with job which is currently opened
Ø Data management (Excel)
Ø Counting and analyzing application number to improve application quality and amount
Ø Internal documentation
Ø Searching potential candidate for urgent job
Ø Contacting candidate and make an interview appointment
Ø Support internal hiring by searching and contacting to candidate
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 22-25 yrs.
Ø Bachelor Degree or higher in any related field
Ø Good command of written and spoken in English (TOEIC score 700 as minimum)
Ø Good command in Japanese is advantage
Ø Good computer literacy (MS office/ Word/PowerPoint)
Ø Able to work under pressure & work hard
Ø Have a high responsibility
Preferable:
Ø Good personality and Interpersonal skills
Ø Able to working OT. (If needed)
Language skills:
English: Conversational Level – Business Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS :Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 9:00 -18:00 (Mon – Fri )
About the Benefit
Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 THB negotiable
