Consult Engineer (Application Engineer) (22K–28K) (SDG-116395)
<Job responsibilities>
- Be able to support clients, ensuring customers effectively use company products through training, technical support, and troubleshooting.
- Train customers on the proper use of company software, machines, and tooling.
- Conduct tooling trials and product testing to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide post-Sales Support, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Install and configure company software and ensure smooth operation with the machinery.
- Assist in developing best practices and operational guidelines for company products.
- Support Sales and marketing efforts by demonstrating machine capabilities.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 22 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Industrial Education and Technology, Computer Science, or any related engineering field.
- At least 1 - 3 years of work experience in Mechanical engineering or electrical engineering in any industry
- able to understand basic engineering drawing skills.
- Willing to travel for on-site customer training and support.
- communication middle level of English (Internal, email, documents)
- Computer literacy skills; MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows OS, etc.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience with CNC machines, Sheet Metal Processing & Fabrication
- Able to utilize 2D, 3D CAD/CAM program is preferable
- Experience working in a Japanese company
