Work outline: In charge of condominium project’s construction
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Making site construction plan
Ø Construction process management
Ø Project construction process and facilities control
Ø Supervising construction management
Ø Safety management control
Ø Outsourcing to collaborators
Ø Audit work with construction control government
Ø Audit with the customer
Ø Co-operate with design architecture and civil engineer
Ø Audit with machine maker
Ø Compliance with legal, government department
Ø Preparing report to customer
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male or Female , age 25-35 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø At least 2-5 year experience as Construction Engineer or civil engineer
Ø Have experience related with condominium or some building project
Ø Have a good negotiation skill
Ø Interested in Real estate business
Ø PC Skill (MS Office)
Preferable:
Ø Come from local Thai general contractor
Ø Have engineer license
Languages skills
English: Daily conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Asok
Working Hour: 08.30 - 17.30 (Mon - Fri)
