Collection Officer / Credit Control (18K-25K) (JO-180425-160813)
Work outline: Responsible for the billing confirmation and ensure that it delivers to the customer as well as following up with the debt from customers’ side.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the billing information of invoices and deliver to customers.
Planning, following up the debt on due dates by contact customers in advance to avoid the overdue.
Monitor and advise Bill Collector to follow up payments both Bangkok and upcountry
Responsible for admin function related to documents as per collection procedures
Prepare memo, issue voucher, official receipt and tax invoice.
Co-ordinate with other divisions
Other tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female, age 22-30 years
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Accounting or related field
Fresh graduates are welcomed
Business and customer oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both external and internal
Able to work on own initiative, under pressure and to set targets
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
General computer and IT knowledge
Good skills of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Preferable:
Direct experience at least 2-3 years is preferable


Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng / MRT Lumphini
Working Hour: 08:30 – 17:30 Monday – Friday
