Chief Marketing Executive (Group health & life insurance) (35K–40K) (SDG-102802)
หัวหน้าฝ่ายบริหารการตลาด (กลุ่มประกันสุขภาพและประกันชีวิต)

<Job responsibilities>
- Responsible for individual achievement on Life.
- Search the new prospective clients from the internet and database and make a cold calling
- Support the referral case referred by the existing customer or Japanese.
- Approach the prospective client by knocking door and making a relationship.
- Contact the client to request the information for quoting.
- Make an appointment with the new prospective client to Visit and get the information.
- Cross-selling for getting more customers in non-Life team.
- Support Company’s New Project as supervisor and manager assigned.
- Coordinate with the insurer to receive the proposal and Negotiate with the insurer.
- Submit the proposal to the prospective client. make a presentation to prospective client during bidding.
- Follow up the feedback from the prospective client.
- Present the company profile and insurance benefit to all employees of the client as instruction.
- Visit the customer with the renewal team and transfer the account to renewal team smoothly.
- Report the problem to the supervisor and manager for finding the best solution.
- Support some of existing customers along with renewal team, especially for big case

- ค้นหาลูกค้าเป้าหมายใหม่จากอินเทอร์เน็ตและฐานข้อมูลและทำการโทร
- สนับสนุนกรณีการอ้างอิงที่อ้างอิงโดยลูกค้าปัจจุบันหรือชาวญี่ปุ่น
- เข้าถึงผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้าด้วยการเคาะประตูและสร้างความสัมพันธ์
- ติดต่อลูกค้าเพื่อขอข้อมูลสำหรับการเสนอราคา
- นัดหมายกับลูกค้าเป้าหมายใหม่เพื่อเข้าพบและรับข้อมูล
- การขายต่อเนื่องเพื่อให้ได้ลูกค้ามากขึ้นในทีม non-Life
- สนับสนุนโครงการใหม่ของบริษัทในฐานะหัวหน้างานและผู้จัดการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ประสานงานกับบริษัทประกันภัยเพื่อรับข้อเสนอและเจรจากับบริษัทประกันภัย
- ส่งข้อเสนอไปยังลูกค้าเป้าหมาย นำเสนอต่อผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้าในระหว่างการประมูล
- ติดตามผลตอบรับจากลูกค้าเป้าหมาย
- นำเสนอประวัติบริษัทและผลประโยชน์ประกันแก่พนักงานทุกคนของลูกค้าเพื่อเป็นแนวทาง
- เข้าพบลูกค้ากับทีมต่ออายุและโอนบัญชีให้ทีมต่ออายุได้อย่างราบรื่น
- รายงานปัญหาไปยังหัวหน้างานและผู้จัดการเพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไขที่ดีที่สุด
- สนับสนุนลูกค้าปัจจุบันบางส่วนพร้อมกับทีมต่ออายุ โดยเฉพาะกรณีใหญ่



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 37 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・At least 2 years as new business/sales with experience from an insurance broker or insurance company (group life insurance, group health insurance)
・Good command in English (Communication with clients and documents)
・Company car support with driver (visit client)

・Customer service skills and ability to handle complaints.
・Good typing skills in both English and Thai. Computer skills including Excel (Pivot Table), Word, and Powerpoint.

・สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารกับลูกค้าและเอกสาร)
・การสนับสนุนรถของบริษัทพร้อมคนขับ (เข้าพบลูกค้า)
