<Job responsibilities>
Finance section
- Analyze, Prepare, and Present both short-term and long-term financial Operations Planning systematically.
- Present financial liquidity management and budget estimates of various departments following the various activities of the Company
- Analyze investment plans in the feasibility of investing in future projects of the business and Analyze the payback period, and rate of return that will be received.
- Prepare and Present investment spending plans, both short-term and long-term, to provide information for business decisions to executives.
- Analyze and determine financial strategies in order to compete with the same industry
Accounting and tax planning section
- Control and inspect the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and Prepare accounting and financial analysis reports to Present to Management.
- Control and inspect the company's receipts and payments by checking the issuance of receipts and accounting records.
- Control the preparation of the company's budget and monitor the use of the budget correctly and according to the budget plan.
- Tax Planning, control and preparation of Tax reports to Submit to the government sections.
Cost accounting division
- Set up a cost accounting system and control the work system to meet goals.
- Define standard costing method structure and actual costs.
- Check the recording of various related accounts.
- Analyze the efficiency of various aspects of the production process.
- Other duties assigned.
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
ส่วนการเงิน
- วิเคราะห์ จัดทำ และนำเสนอการวางแผนการดำเนินงานทางการเงินทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาวอย่างเป็นระบบ
- นำเสนอการบริหารสภาพคล่องทางการเงินและการประมาณการงบประมาณของหน่วยงานต่างๆ ตามกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของบริษัท
- วิเคราะห์แผนการลงทุนถึงความเป็นไปได้ในการลงทุนโครงการในอนาคตของธุรกิจ วิเคราะห์ระยะเวลาคืนทุนและอัตราผลตอบแทนที่จะได้รับ
- จัดทำและนำเสนอแผนการใช้จ่ายลงทุนทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาวเพื่อให้ข้อมูลประกอบการตัดสินใจทางธุรกิจแก่ผู้บริหาร
- วิเคราะห์และกำหนดกลยุทธ์ทางการเงินเพื่อแข่งขันกับอุตสาหกรรมเดียวกัน
ส่วนการบัญชีและการวางแผนภาษี
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการจัดทำงบการเงิน งบดุล งบกำไรขาดทุน และจัดทำรายงานการวิเคราะห์ทางบัญชีและการเงินเพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบใบเสร็จรับเงินและการชำระเงินของบริษัทโดยตรวจสอบการออกใบเสร็จรับเงินและบันทึกทางบัญชี
- ควบคุมการจัดทำงบประมาณของบริษัทและติดตามการใช้งบประมาณอย่างถูกต้องและเป็นไปตามแผนงบประมาณ
- วางแผนภาษี ควบคุม และจัดทำรายงานภาษีเพื่อเสนอส่วนราชการ
ส่วนการบัญชีต้นทุน
- วางระบบบัญชีต้นทุนและควบคุมระบบงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
- กำหนดโครงสร้างวิธีการคิดต้นทุนมาตรฐานและต้นทุนจริง
- ตรวจสอบการบันทึกบัญชีต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพของด้านต่างๆของกระบวนการผลิต
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or higher in accounting and finance.
- At least 12-15 years of overall experience in accounting and financial roles.
- At least 3 years of experience in the CFO position/Financial Controller/Finance Director with strong management experience from animation/advertising/digital agency or related industries.
- Good command of English.
- Good personality, Has leadership qualities and Can solve problems and Immediate situations very well.
- Good human relations, eager to learn, highly Responsible, discreet.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have CPA license
- Experienced from BIG4 Auditing firm.
- Japanese language skills.
- Experienced from the Japanese company.

- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่ง CFO/ผู้ควบคุมทางการเงิน/ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายการเงิน และมีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการที่ดีจากแอนิเมชั่น/โฆษณา/เอเจนซี่ดิจิทัล หรืออุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี.
- บุคลิกภาพดี มีความเป็นผู้นำ และสามารถแก้ปัญหาและแก้ไขสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี, มีความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้, มีความรับผิดชอบสูง, สุขุม.
