About this Job
Work outline: Being responsible for overall function in Die casting division and manage whole division.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Take part in the activity to develop, trial. Production simultaneous and quality, cost target achievement about the die casting machining part.
Ø Develop High Pressure Die Casting process manufacturing parameters
Ø Troubleshoot and implement corrective action for casting quality issues.
Ø Analyze and solve complex casting design problems.
Ø Promote technical cost reduction of internal part.
Ø Take countermeasure in manufacturing line and verify countermeasure results.
Ø Set up the work standard and continues maintaining and improving.
Ø Maintain and improve the quality and productivity of manufacturing.
Ø Promote technical cost reduction of internal part.
Ø Plan the quarterly expense budget and propose (Die, repairing, asset making) and control actual using.
Ø Conduct the job of die, jig making, modify quotation and draft the proposal.
Ø Set the specification of machining machine for making die, installation and start up
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male, age 28-34 years old
Ø Bachelor's degree of Engineering in Metallurgical, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials or related field.
Ø At least 3-4 years of experience in High Pressure Aluminum Die Casting.
Ø Well problem solving and analyzing skill
Ø Good command in English
Ø Management skills and ability to collaborate with people of all levels
Ø Problem solving ability in production line
Preferable:
Ø Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
Ø Understand quality requirement for automotive business.
Ø Leadership
Ø Japanese skill would be advantage
